History

1998
Infinite Concepts is founded by Steven Miller when he offered to convert a local law firm from their outdated computer system to all new hardware. As a result, the firm recommended Infinite Concepts to several other firms in the area, and the business slowly grows, employing part-time technicians to take care of daily troubleshooting.
January 2002
Mark becomes half-owner of Infinite Concepts, LLC, further expanded the client list and service offerings, and later purchased the remaining shares of the firm from Steve in the fall of 2003.
October 2006
Rhonda joins IC as Vice President, allowing the company to better manage walk-in customers, purchasing, billing and marketing functions.
February 2007
Infinite Concepts is incorporated, with Mark serving as President of the Company. The company outgrows its small two-room office, and moves into a newly-renovated six-room suite in the old Rode building. The new office incorporates a custom-build Technician Work room, office space for all employees, and a reception area for customers.
2008
Infinite Concepts celebrates its 10th year in business.
August 2008
Customer demand for computer repair continues to expand, and additional space on the floor is renovated to accommodate the company’s growth. This new space includes a state-of-the-art laptop repair room and additional storage space.
June 2010
Infinite Concepts moves into new office, located at 1365 East Reed Road, in Greenville. The new building allows for additional repair space and room for retail inventory.
January 2013
Infinite Concepts completes its 15th year in business.
July 2017
Infinite Concepts again receives the Readers’ Choice Award “Best of the Best” Computer Store by Delta Democrat Times, winning the award for the third time in the last four years!
April 2018
2018 marks the 20th anniversary of Infinite Concepts! To commemorate the date, the company held a gala, inviting clients and friends alike! A drawing was held for a new Dell Laptop, that was given away during the celebration.
